We offer standard tracked delivery to Ireland, with estimated delivery in 4–8 business days.

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery times may occasionally vary due to customs clearance, peak periods, or courier delays.

Standard tracked delivery to Ireland costs €6. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Orders under €150 include all applicable taxes at checkout.

Orders over €150 may be subject to import duties upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the customer.

All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties or import taxes, any return shipping fees, customs charges, or carrier handling costs incurred will be deducted from your refund.

If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us for any reason, original shipping fees and any additional return or processing costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note, if a parcel is abandoned, destroyed, or disposed of by the courier due to failure to collect or pay applicable charges, no refund will be issued.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. Please be sure to check your spam folder for this email.

If you experience any issues with your delivery (e.g., lost, delayed, or damaged parcels), please contact our Customer Experience team at help@vsprofficial.com. We recommend reaching out within 7 days of your expected delivery date.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. VSPR is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Currently, we do not offer free shipping. Our shipping fees are kept minimal to ensure swift, reliable delivery via trusted courier partners.
