You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations. Items sent back must be received by us within 28 days of when they were first received by you.
All items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition.
- With all original tags/ ribbon and hygiene labels attached.
- For hygiene reasons, knickers are non-returnable if the packaging has been opened.

We do not currently offer prepaid return labels.
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of returning their items.
Any customs duties or charges incurred on returned items are also the responsibility of the customer. We recommend clearly marking your parcel as a return to avoid unnecessary charges.

Refunds are issued to your original method of payment once your return is received and approved by our team. Please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Items must meet our return criteria (unworn, unmarked, with tags attached) to be eligible for a refund. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be sent back to the customer.
Yes, you can return multiple items in a single parcel, including items from different orders.
Please ensure you include your order number(s) inside the parcel and that all items meet our return criteria.
Once your return is processed at our warehouse, you’ll get an email confirmation. Please allow up to 7 business days from the day your parcel is delivered to us for it to be processed.
If you’d like to request an exchange, please email us at help@vsprofficial.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. In some cases, an exchange may not be possible, in which case we’ll ask you to return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received at our warehouse.
We are not liable for items lost or delayed in transit, so we strongly recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage until your return has been processed.
If an international order is refused or returned to sender due to unpaid customs charges, the return shipping costs and unpaid customs charges may be deducted from any refund issued. If we do not receive your order back from the courier, we will not be able to issue a refund.
