Frequently Asked Questions
Orders
Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to make changes or cancel it as we begin processing quickly to ensure prompt dispatch. Please double-check your details before confirming your order.
Standard Delivery orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours on business days. During busier periods, dispatch may take up to 5 working days. Please note we do not dispatch on weekends or UK public holidays.
Unfortunately, we are unable to change the delivery method once an order has been placed. All orders are processed quickly to ensure prompt dispatch, and as a result, amendments cannot be made.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can assist you. Be sure to have your order number ready.
Shipping
We offer two delivery options:
- Standard Delivery: 4–6 business days
- Express Delivery: 1–3 business days
We aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes, however during busy periods or due to courier delays, delivery times may vary.

- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
- Customs processing may cause delays beyond our control
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. Please be sure to check your spam folder for this email.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. VSPR is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Orders under €150 include all applicable taxes at checkout.
Orders over €150 may be subject to import duties upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking with your local customs authority for further information before placing your order.
Returns & Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations. Items sent back must be received by us within 28 days of when they were first received by you.
We accept returns for a refund to your original payment method within this period. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, with all tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, knickers are non-returnable if the packaging has been opened.
To arrange a return, please email us at help@vsprofficial.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
Once submitted, you’ll receive instructions on how to return your item.
If you’d like to request an exchange, please email us at help@vsprofficial.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. In some cases, an exchange may not be possible, in which case we’ll ask you to return the item for a refund and place a new order.
We do not currently offer prepaid return labels.
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of returning their items.
Any customs duties or charges incurred on returned items are also the responsibility of the customer. We recommend clearly marking your parcel as a return to avoid unnecessary charges.
We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed.
