  • Right of access - You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, along with information about how we use it.
  • Right to rectification - You can ask us to correct any inaccurate or incomplete data we hold about you.
  • Right to erasure - You can ask us to delete your personal data in certain circumstances, for example where it is no longer necessary for the purposes it was collected.
  • Right to restriction of processing - You can ask us to pause our processing of your data in certain circumstances, for example while we verify or address a concern you have raised.

  • Rights related to automated decision-making - You have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you. We do not currently make such decisions about our customers.
  • Right to lodge a complaint - You can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, particularly in the EU Member State of your habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement. See the "Complaints" section below for details.

How to exercise your rights

To exercise any of these rights, please email us at help@vsprofficial.com with details of your request. We may need to verify your identity before responding, typically by confirming the email address or order details associated with your account. We aim to respond within one month of receipt, though this period may be extended by a further two months for particularly complex requests, in which case we will let you know within the first month.

These rights are not absolute. In some circumstances we may decline a request — for example where we have an overriding legal obligation to retain certain information, or where the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive. We will always explain our reasoning where we do.

You may also authorise a third party (for example, a solicitor or family member) to make a request on your behalf, provided they can demonstrate their authority to act for you.
